I am Jaine Verma, Director of TinyHearts Childcare Center. I just wanted
to take a minute to introduce myself both personally and professionally. I
graduated with a Bachelor’s in early childhood education and a Master’s
in special education. I love spending time with my family and absolutely
adore beach vacation . I am also a certified B1, B2, Kids/Junior Zumba
instructor. Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, we
are able to provide the families with a loving and developmentally sound
foundation for a lifetime of learning. We all know that play is a child’s
most important work, and we strive to create and maintain an
environment where the child can grow and thrive while exploring the
world around them. Our goal is to give every child at TinyHearts
Childcare Center the best possible learning experience to help them
develop and get ready not only for kindergarten but for life. I like to work
closely with the parents in the center because I believe frequent
communication plays a vital role in a child’s advancement.
Our Philosophy
We understand that all children are unique, and they all learn in different ways. We
understand that the same method of learning will not work for all children.
Therefore, we believe in implementing a variety of learning styles and
developmentally appropriate practice. The key to successful early childhood
education is having a staff who is attentive, loving, and responsive. Our teachers
and founders of TinyHearts Childcare Center have a genuine passion for helping
each child to discover their own unique interests, and to navigate through their own
unique challenges. Our Preschool provides a safe, developmentally appropriate,
nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical
growth, as well as a positive self-image and a love of learning.
Our mission is for each child to become socially well-rounded and educationally
cultivated, to assure they are independent, confident, lifelong learners with a
strong sense of self. That families are strengthen by offering supportive services
which would include: family guidance, resource guides and referral services for
families in need.
Vision
Our vision is to empower children and families to acquire, demonstrate,
articulate, and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long
learners, to participate in and contribute to the global world and practice the core
values of the center: respect, tolerance, inclusion, and excellence.
